What is the wait time for an order?
Please be advised that since our products are handmade to order our processing time is between one to ten business days .This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during peak hours or sale times. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please reach out to us via Facebook or Instagram messages.

Selecting Express Post at checkout will not speed up order processing time 

We use Australia Post, to post all orders. delivery times can vary from 1-7 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers that are sent to your email .

  • Regular Post - 3 to 7 business days 
  • Express Post - 1--3 business days 


What if my parcel is sent back to Meow Mamas?
If your parcel has not been collected from your local post office within 10 business days, or you provide an impartial or incorrect address, you will be charged the cost of the parcel being returned to us and cost of re-shipping. This is $20 in total. As a small business, we are charged for an item to be returned to sender. We will not cover costs associated with this due to parcels not being picked up.

It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. Meow Mamas is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customer's expense. 

What happens if my order gets damaged or lost?
 If your parcel gets Lost, Damaged or Stolen in transit you can simply contact us via email or direct messages, and we will assist you with filing a claim with Aus post. Meow Mamas will not be held liable or compensate the buyer for any Lost, Damaged or Stolen parcels.
