Unfortunately, once used we do not offer refunds or returns on any Meow Mamas due to health and safety regulations surrounding accessories.

We do not accept returns or exchange for change of mind!

  • Double check your confirmation email for your items purchased, delivery address and personal details are correct and notify us within 24hrs for any changes you need to make, as long your ordered HAS NOT already been packaged and sent. Otherwise we will not be responsible for misdelivered, overordered or incorrectly chosen items made on your behalf.

Any personalized or customized items cannot be refunded for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with all colour & font selections prior to making your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by Meow Mamas. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival.
